Joschka Fischer

Managing Partner

The former Vice Chancellor and Foreign Minister of the Federal Republic of Germany (1998-2005) led the Green Party in its first participation in government, both at the state (Hessen) and federal levels. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Fischer held a professorship at the Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs at Princeton University (US). Mr. Fischer is a founding partner of Joschka Fischer and Company.
Dietmar Huber

Dietmar Huber

Managing Partner

The trained industrial clerk and former journalist served as spokesperson for the Green Party federal parliamentary group between 1994 and 2005. Mr. Huber is the founding partner of Joschka Fischer and Company.

Alexander Diehl


After graduating from the Royal Academy of Music in London in 1999 Alexander Diehl entered the field of digital media and e-commerce, working for various companies in Europe. In 2005 he founded KKLD*, a Berlin and NYC based digital and innovation agency, which was acquired by WPP in 2012. In 2009 he co-founded Architizer in New York City. Mr. Diehl has been a Senior Advisor to BMW iVentures in New York City since its launch in 2011. Mr. Diehl is a Partner at JF&C.


Julia Eckey

Julia Eckey


Julia Eckey studied political science. She has served in various senior positions in a leading business association. Before her start at Joschka Fischer & Company, Ms. Eckey headed the association's international division. Ms. Eckey brings a broad network and comprehensive knowledge to stakeholder and government relations. She has trusted experience identifying and evaluating the demands made especially of the so called German "Mittelstand“ as well as on the international market stage. Her additional training as a management coach allows her to support the implementation of transition processes in business management. Ms. Eckey's expertise at JF&C is in guiding „Mittelstand“ companies through the implementation of modification processes and internationalization of firms.

Elisa Jäkel


Elisa Jäkel supports JF&C clients by evaluating the relevance of current issues of sustainability for companies and developing individual solutions. Making use of a broad network, she integrates the perspectives of political and societal stakeholders into consultancy strategies. Prior to joining JF&C, Ms. Jäkel coordinated sustainability projects for the Forum for Sustainable Development of German Businesses (econsense) and worked for a DAX company in the EU liaison office. Before that, Ms. Jäkel gained professional experience in the administration of a German Bundestag study commission, in the Berlin liaison offices of various companies and as a staff member in a political foundation.

Claudio Struck

Senior Consultant

Claudio Struck has long-standing international experience in public affairs, political advising and project management. As Project Manager in Sao Paulo, Mr. Struck realized the first “Germany Year“ in Brazil for a leading German industry association and the German government. A historian by background, Mr. Struck opened the liaison office for a German university in Brazil. Prior to joining JF&C, he served as an adviser to the leadership of Germany’s Green Party, creating and engaging with industry contacts. At JF&C, Mr. Struck supports clients with regulatory affairs challenges in the digital economy and by developing political and civil society engagement strategies. Mr. Struck is fluent in Portuguese.

Constance Chucholowski

Senior Consultant

Constance Chucholowski supports JF&C clients by advising on stakeholder and diplomatic communication and providing market entry analysis. Before joining JF&C, Ms. Chucholowski consulted on projects for the United States Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Global Livingston Institute, analysing global corruption indices and NGO expansion. Previously, Ms. Chucholowski supported a United States Member of Congress on foreign affairs and judicial issues. She holds a M.A. in International Public Affairs and a B.A. in International Studies and Political Science with a regional focus on Africa.

Tobias Betz

Senior Consultant

Tobias Betz supports JF&C clients by advising them on strategic communication and in their strategic positioning towards politics, civil society and the public sphere. He studied political science in Germany and the United States with a focus on international relations. He is a trained editor from the Berlin School of Journalism and has worked for various online media. Over the past few years, Tobias Betz worked for one of the leading communications agencies in the field of political and corporate communication.

Silke Krebs

Senior Advisor

Silke Krebs supports JF&C in Baden-Württemberg. She has long-standing experience in developing and implementing conceptual strategies and in strategic communications. As a former state chairman of the Green party, former State Secretary and current member of the supervisory board of EnBW AG, Ms. Krebs is well connected and knows how to operate and work in and with Baden-Württemberg. She uses her education as a business coach in the further development of strategies, especially in the area of reputation management.

Xenia Knorr


Xenia Knorr supports JF&C clients through policy analysis and the development of communication and sustainability strategies. During her studies and in previous positions she focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development. She gathered professional experience in a German Ministry, with an international policy institute, and with a German political foundation in China. Ms. Knorr has a M.A. in International Relations with an emphasis on Europe and China and she holds a B.A. in Politics and Law.

Kristin Bauermeister


Kristin Bauermeister supports JF&C with economical analyses in the area of project controlling and event management. She holds a diploma in Business Administration and a M.Sc. in Innovation Management and Marketing. Before joining JF&C, Ms. Bauermeister gathered experience in various innovation projects in the field of digitalization and e-mobility, e.g. the introduction of a renowned car-sharing service in Berlin.

Dustin Williams

Junior Consultant

At JF&C, Dustin Williams provides policy analyses on various topics inluding the regulatory challenges faced by the digital economy. Before joining JF&C, Mr. Williams served at a German Federal Ministry where he supported the division for European Union Affairs. He gathered further professional experience with a United States Senator and as research assistant to renowned Sociology Professor, Claus Offe. He completed his B.A. in European Studies and holds a Master of Public Policy with a Public Management focus.

Anja Friederich

Junior Consultant

Anja Friederich supports clients from JF&C with political analyses particularly in the area of emerging markets. Before joining JF&C, Ms. Friederich completed her M.A. in International Economics and Business with a focus on Public Economics and studied political economy in Germany and Russia. She gathered professional experience at the German Embassy in Moscow and as a research assistant in Economics at the University of Passau.
